Job Responsibility: - MIS officer (Aug 2006…till date)

• Preparations of different types of MIS reports daily, weakly and monthly wise for entire North and NCR circle.

• To handle market research/planning database for productivity like NFP (non financial parameters), PMS (prospect management system) and many different types of MIS.

• Handling e-CRM (Customer relationship management) customer related query like hello tune activation-deactivations, Parallel ringing, E-fax, Premium services, Suprabhat alerts, Music portal, GoD service, AMCO offer, Gift, SMS blaster, Preparations Of DND reports and circulate to all telecalling agency or vendors.

• SR (Service request) management to check, processes and closer of the same.

• To handle VAS request and process the same.

• Regular audit and reconciliation of all VAS request.

2. Worked With Hutchison Essar Telecom L.t.d From Jun 05

Job Responsibility: -

• Audit for those customers who have taken multiple connection and taking action of suspension of the same to avoid unauthorized exposure and fraud.

• Managing backend operations of verifications.

• Allocation for verification cases to different verification agencies

• Change and amendment in address after verification as per verification feedback of customer request.

• Maintaining database and preparing different types of MIS as per requirement.

• Updation of all the De-dup mapping data in the system in the form of tickler any future references.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: -

• Attained Graduation with 1st Class from B. Com (Hons) 2005.

• Attained Senior Secondary (12th) With 1st Class in 2001.

• Attained Higher Secondary (10th) With 2nd Class in 1999.

• One Year Advance Diploma In Computer Application (ADCA)
