new land-grab in Andarlucia. in the name of conservation

• we have just been told that the property that we bought with all legal permisions eight years ago is to be the subject of a land theft by the Junter de Andalucia. so making it unsaleable. we are also told that because of the time it will take for them to win all the court cases involved it could take fifty year to sort out and in the mean time the house will be impossible to sell. We live on a track with many old houses and water deposits etc, all in daily use by locals. the track is 10mt wide and the goverment want to make it 20mt and then demolish every thing in its way. No reason is being given and when asked they say that it is a cattle track from the 17th century and its theirs and thay want to conserve it. (Cattle have not passed for hundreds of years.)The fact that they will distroy many lives and bankrupt others makes no differance to them. The name of the road they want to make is the PUERTA VERDE ,and runs between TORROX & FRIGILIANA. EU grants are being used to finance the theft. We have no idea how to bring this barbaric act to the public notice and would welcome any help or advice given.
