This would comprise of the scrutiny and monitoring of financial metrics and translating them into actions to progress the business, supervising a variety of departments to make sure that they are in alignment with the common business goal, as well as defining and implementing the strategy directions of the business. Consequently it is vital that you have strong leadership & management skills with a "make it happen" approach that goes along with high energy and drive. Furthermore it is important that you have a strong background in financial controlling and planning with 4-6 years experience in management and supervising, preferably within a fast growing company. Strong program management is an indispensable skill and you must be prepared to travel to the other company offices.
