I am gentleman from Zimbabwe and have been offered a place in the Vocational Education & Training, Diploma Studies starting July 2009. I have already paid for the 1st Semester and have got the OSCH. The visa application process needs the assurance and proof of financial resources. My brother who is in Australia (Perth) does have a balance that covers the payments for the whole course period.
