Looking for a job in Australia

Hi,
I have been exploring the immigration site for australia for quite a long and cud find that we are suitable for Skilled Immigration and even we score sufficient points to go ahead with the process.

My would be husband is working in A Software company in India he is working in telecom domain. He has 5 years of exp in the same and is working as senior member of the team in his current job. And, I am working in a Pvt It company as a executive Assistant General Manager for 1 year now, I have a total work experience of 2 years. What I am looking for is any consultancy company or firm which hires overseas candidates, and sponsor their visas.
As this group is a gateway to world.......I am trying to find out someone who is into this kind of business.
