Student Spouse visa

• My boyfrd studies in Canberra at the moment (PostGraduation). We plan to marry in Dec. Am i eligibal to stay in Australia on his student visa? His visa does not state any dependents yet? Can he change the status of his student visa now to state spouse as well?
  
  How long will this whole process take since we plan to get married in Dec 2006?

  Yes, you will be apply for dependent Visa.. One best thing about Australia is that.. when your wife or husband is studying.. you can go along with her and work in AUS full time. However, your wife/husband can work for 20 hours a week. Cheers.. any questions email me at [email removed]

  My degree in Social work has been assessed positively,Now i want to apply for PR under general skilled Independent migration to Australia.What are the processes for it and How can I take my boyfriend to Australia as a dependent/secondary applicant? We are not married and we haven't even stayed together coz the custom in our country(Nepal) requires we stay together only after marriage.So how can I prove that we are committed to each other and plan to marry in two years or so?   During those years I personally met my fiance who I was dating for two years and three months also shared the same household for six months.
  My fiance who has been Australian resident since April 2008 intend to marry me within one year of my entering the AU and are both free to marry.
  
  The year 2008 i left Australia for Dubai to work for emirates airline as a cabin crew.My question is, If we get married within one year in Australia, can i left the country and continue working out of Australia as a cabin crew and entering the country with no limitation on working visa before my marriage visa will be granted?
