We Are a TV production Company located in Bahrain and looking to employee an Administrative Assistant, who will be responisble to manage the administration activities, and orgnize the operations. We are looking for a motivate person with high skills in dealing with people, know how to use the computer aplications like word, excel, outlook and speak and write english in excllent level. We prefer this person to have background in TV production.
As an Administrative Assistant, she will be responsible to manage the administrative activities and organize the operation of the company, handles telephone calls, arranges conferences, meetings and travel reservations, generate quotations, invoices and statement.
