Family doctor woes

• Recently, my sister and I came down with a cold and a serious sinus infection. My family doctor was on vacation, so we went to see another doctor, but this doctor refused to see me unless I signed forms naming him as my family doctor. He also refused to see my sister at all, since she haven't been seen him in 4yrs. At the time I was too sick to think, so I signed. This doctor took 5 seconds to say there is nothing wrong and gave me a prescription for the sinus infection. Unfortunately, after 3 weeks I still have a sinus infection. Such incompetence!
  I will go back to my original family doctor and see if I will be accepted again.
