Room for rent from May 1st 2009 Hague

  We are looking for a new roomate to take over our Canadian friend. We are between 23 and 26 yrs old and we are all working in different organisations.
  
  We live close to Zuiderpark, on Soestdijksekade and have a room semi-furnished to rent from the May 1st. The room is about 15m2 and the apartment about 130m2. There is 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a small kitchen, 1 bathroom and one 1 toilet.
  
  We are nice and friendly, busy and respectfull of other people schedule!
  
  We are looking for a young person ( student, intern or worker) who is a non-smoker, clean after him/her self and that understand that we all work tomorrow
  
  Rent : 300 euros, excluding charges (that varies, but count 60-80 euros)
  
  Wi-fi internet, electricity, cable and water are estimated in the charges.
