The sitting room, with a small French balcony on the front, counts 20m2 and it has a lot of light as the front of the building is all windows. It has a 2 persons sofa-bed which is meant for a child or for a 3rd person (please be aware that prices are based on two people accommodation and that the 3rd person will have an extra fee). The main sleeping room has direct access to a big balcony on the back (10m2) facing a school which makes it very quiet in the evenings and weekends. The bathroom consists of a bath tube and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc). The whole building has been recently renovated and the appartment plus furniture are brand new. It is close to the city center in one of the most popular streets of Amsterdam: Kinkerstraat, which is full of shops and you can find very nice restaurants in the area. It has two trams stopping right at the door: tram 17 that goes to Central Station in about 15 min and from there trains ride to Schiphol every 15 min; tram 7 goes to Leidseplein, one of the city center attractions, in only 5 min. Lelylaan station is only a few minutes away and from there you can reach the RAI exhibition and congress center. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the famous Vondelpark

    Kinkerstraat is one of the most popular streets in Amsterdam. It has a small street market and plenty of shops. There are a couple of supermarkets around and it only takes around 10min to walk to the famous Vondelpark.
