• room for subrent, summer 2008, perfect for language course and INKOM!

  - The room is close to the both city centers, 10 minutes on foot to the train-station, 10 minutes to the university Randwyck and 10 minutes by bike to centrum west (Vrijthof etc.)
  - quiet area
  - 20m², furnished (bed, desk, shelves,…)
  - kitchen with everything you need (toaster, microwave, rice-cooker, wok, freezer…)
  - deck
  - bike, city map, bedding, cell phone and, Dutch study books may be borrowed for free
  - tools, vacuum/hoover,… everything you need is here
  - internet
  - eventually a second room in the same house will be available, if you want to be accomponied by a friend
  - only 300€/month (basis for negotiation)
  - time of rent is flexible, if you need to stay a little longer/shorter or need to come earlier (time that the room is available for rent is about middle of june till end of august)
  - Tips & tricks about Maastricht, the university and, the Netherlands are included for free

  - Das Zimmer liegt in zentraler Lage, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und 10 Minuten zur Uni Randwyck
  - Ruhige Lage
  - 20 m², möbeliert (Schreibtisch, Bett, Regale.,..)
  - Komplett ausgestattete Küche (Toaster, Microwelle, Reiskocher, Wok, Tiefkühlkasten...)
  - Dachterasse
  - Fahrrad, Stadtplan, Bettzeug, Handy und die erforderlichen Lehrbücher können gratis mitgemietet werden
  - Werkzeug, Staubsauger,... alles vorhanden
  - Internet ist vorhanden
  - Ein zweites Zimmer kommt eventuell auch frei, wenn man sich die Wohnung mit einem Freund/einer Freundin teilen möchte

• Room for Subrent in Maastricht

  Hey everbody,
  
  I am subrenting my furnished room during the summer (JULY & AUGUST 2008). It's a nice 13sm room with wash basin in a studenthouse with 4 other students. WE share a big kitchen, douche,2 WCs and a back garden (where you can 'park' your bicycle).
  It's located 5min by feet from a big supermarket (albert heijn) and a small shopping street with various small shops. The distance to the city center takes about 10 min by bike and about 10 min to Randwyck (where some of the University faculties are located).
  The rent would be 220 euros/month!
