  • Your responsibilities:

    Supporting the customers with IT services on a second level support. The assistance and customer advisory service will be given in oral and written form. The role is designed for a higher level technical support person who can fix technical problems. Duties include routine 2nd level functions like answering customer inquiries, assisting, diagnosing, troubleshooting and escalating to appropriate areas.

    Your profile:
    • Ideally you will come from a technical background and have professional experience as a Technician or IT Specialist
    • You have experience in handling hardware or software problems and faults
    • You have experience in giving technical advice to customers on all
    • You are familiar with documenting and reporting information into database
    • Excellent Dutch (Flemish) language skills is a must as you will support our Dutch (Flemish) speaking customers
    • Strong communicative skills orally and written
    • Very good English language skills for internal communication and for the backup of the English speaking customers
    • You are able to work in a team
    • The ideal candidate will be target driven, with good people management
