seach for startup partner

• I like to startup a small but very luxurious carwash and car service station in the area of Eindhoven. I search for a partner (as best would be a native dutch people) but not an investor - he/she should be able to active work - clean luxurious cars with hand wash - a very good driver and should show respect of expensive cars.
