  Dear Sirs,
  
  But have you ever explored the difficulties that foreigners face here from unprofessional omani businessmen?
  
  These businessmen have a few licenses to do businesses, and they give these businesses to some poor, sincere, hard working and professional, honest Indians / other nationals and sign agreements and collect big sums monthly.
  
  These businessmen also have good jobs (drawing salaries of more than ranging between 1500-3500 OR per month).
  
  These Omani businessmen keep the bank cheque-signing rights. Whatever amount comes to the business they take it all and in full, and don't pay the staff / or the poor Indian / others who manage the business. Example a business gets a mothly income of 5000 OR. The sponosr takes 5000 OR. (five thousand) in full. The staff suffer, no salary, no food and no peace of mind. The sponsor also tortures the person who is managing the business, and demand more and more money. tHE SPONSOR ONLY THINKS ABOUT HIS happiness and life. Who can stop this evil practice, only Almighty Allah can save these poor business managers and expat staff. I think this also come under human rights. Sorry, if I am mistaken.
  
  Please reply here and save those poor people from the greedy.
  
  This can be solved by issuing orders to those big organsiations where these businessmen are working, and instruct them that people employed with these big organsiations having monthky salaries of more than 1500 to have checks and balances and not to exploit the poor unduly.
  Really, this bad prcatice is creating inequality in the society.
  
  
  
  Form a person (managing the business) who is suffering and being tortured mentally and physically for months. I have already terminated the services of some staff becasue of the business crisis.
  
  I want to leave this sponsor and join a good Omani businessman. But my present sponsor is demanding high undue money from me, and he justifies his agreement despite the poor market conditions here, and world over.
  
  I have talked about the market conditions 50 times sitions to him, but he talsk only about the agreement and money. After I signed the agreement he has not invested or spent any money. He only takes money from me. The loss of the business now accumulated is more than 15000 OR. I have no salary, and other staff have no salary. Bills Tel and Electricity not paid.
  
  Please help me..If something happens to my health / life, it is only becasue of this sponsor's attitude. Please help...
