What happens when cc dissolves?

• I am currently a member of a cc and because of personal problems with the other members i was made an offer for my 25%of the cc. but it is less than what I have personally invested in the business. I do not want to accept the offer and a meeting was set to dissolve the cc. How do I get back at least my investment.

  I can take you through the comprehensive procedure, if you call me on 0735557775, preferrably after hours, however, in a nutshell, CC are wound up like normal PTY company and this can haven via a members voluntary windup. What will be key is the record in the CC's memorandum of understanding with regard to wind up, whether it can be effected by vote, however you will have certain rights under comapnies act to call for a wind up. There is no guarantee though that you will extract full value of your investment, it's the risk every member/ stocks investor carries.
