administration orders in sectional title schemes

• I am interested in purchasing into a sectional title scheme which may be placed under adminsistration in due course. Apparently it has no reserves, the municipality is owed about R40 000 in arrears and an owner has justifiably questioned certain financial irregularities which the mamaging agent is reluctant to answer. Would such administration order negatively affect the future price of my investment

  paid up all d moneys but still geting phone calls from d creditors while i paid my admistration order
