    This role’s main responsibility is to work within the QA department to guarantee that all current or new sites go live with the highest possible quality. Attention to detail is vital as no two skins are alike, either in design, content or language. Knowledgeable in Bingo, Poker and Casino is an advantage, although if successful you will be trained on our in house product. Another function which the successful applicant will be required to handle is resolving any issues which arrive from the call centre; this is when the knowledge gained from QA is put to its maximum use acting as a filter for the Springboard Team (IT Technicians). It is critical that you have/are able to fulfil the following requirements: Multilingual, English and Swedish is essential; Flexible with working patterns in order to meet the demands of business; Have attention to detail and good analytical approach to problem solving; Can resolve support issues to final resolution and to a significantly high standard; Have the ability to work unsupervised; Committed to improving levels of service; Good computer skills with a commanding knowledge of Excel. http://www.wemploy.gi/jobs/qacoordinatorgibraltar1656.htm
