Dependent visa for my husband whilst I'm under IGS scheme

• Hi there,
  
  I have recently completed my master degree and now I already have a full time job with 14k annual in Wolverhampton. I am now holding an IGS visa scheme since Nov 2007 and I am able to extent the visa for another year.
  
  Do you think I would be eligible to be a sponsor of my husband to be my dependent?
  
  Is my annual income sufficient enough to make me eligible to guarantee him?
  
  Please, need your help.
