DEPENDANT VISA IF REFUSED EARLIER

• Hi, My fiance applyed as a student visitor and got refused without full rights to appeal.
  and i am going as a student to uk for september semester, and i have few questions, i would be really pleased if i get few answers posted as soon as possible to [email removed]
  1) i have applied for visas already, should i get married to get my husband as a dependant?
  2) shoul i get marrie before i go or should i go and come back to get married?
  3) he was refused once and would it be a problem when he applies to be my dependant?
  4)what are the documents needed??
