rejection of visa

• I am Mahem Maqsood i got my nikha few months back and applied for uk dependent visa. since after few months i came to know that the person whome i married is not good in character and uses abusive languages and harases me time to time.keeping in view the current situation i really do not think that we are absolutely not compatibale with each other and he will give me very tough time if i go with him.i do not want to disclose these things to my parents.please guide me that can my visa be rejected as i submitted my documents few weeks back and expecting either interview call or my dependent visa
  
  please advise me different options and i need advise on reason of rejection should not be disclosed.
