an cousin in pakistan willing to come to uk for study

  i have a cousin who has completed her higher education of law in pakistan and would like to continue her study here as there are more opportunity in the future here for her.the problem is that she is has no propeties there whatsoever.i would like to know what is the full procedure for her to apply to a uni/college here and get a visa.what can i do from the uk to help her?

  the process is very simple and no major fees are really needed nor an agent.
  1:fill in application at various university's to gain unconditional letter of acceptance
  2:fill Visa application at BHC in Islamabad with fees
  they will want letter of acceptance,your ID,ILITS exam passed
  how you are going to pay your fees ( proof of maintanance ,and income how will you live there who will support you)
  YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY YOUR UNIVERSITY FEES IN ADVANCE
