work permit transfer

• hello,
  im right now working for an employer A residing currently outside UK holding a UK WP but i want to change by employer and find a job in UK.Should i apply for a job in UK when im inside UK or out side UK which will be easier for me to find a job in UK

• go for it.

  If you already hold a UK work permit go ahead and apply for jobs online. Keep in mind that the majority of employers will want to meet you before they hire you so you must be willing and able to travel to the country for the interview.
  
  If you aren't living in the UK at the time that you are applying obtaining a job can be problematic. If you are determined to stay outside of the country whilst applying for jobs persistance is the key. Apply everywhere.
  
  Your chances of getting a job while outside the uk are largely dependant on your profession.

• Change of employer

  currently I am working with one uk employer holding 5 year workpermit.Now I want to change my employer.Is it possible to transfer my workpermit between the employers?

  i am on a work permit in uk. i also qualify for the HSMP visa point system.
  can i change my work permit visa into hsmp visa in uk to apply for a new job.
