Family reunification - Canada immigration

• Hello there
  
  Just received an email stating that Canadian government look favourably on "family reunification" I cannot find anything, can anyone?
  
  This would be a way for me but I cannot see how I could apply this way or is it just that it would be an "added" support to my application?

  The 'Family Reunification' scheme is actually a standalone assessment vehicle to immigrate to Canada.
  
  It obviously has it's own set of parameters and regulations.
