am residing in Canada and am looking for any information on how to obtain a birth record/certificate from the Netherlands. My mom was born in the Netherlands and needs to obtain a birth record and i am having no luck on the Netherland sites finding this info. Mostly because i can't speak or read Dutch. Can anyone help PLEASE???

What city was she born in? If you know that you could go to the website of the city. Some cities have digital portals where you can order the certificate on-line. Might be tricky with payment, but worth a try
