Buying a house in spain

• I'm an iranian national and want to buy a house in spain & i don't want to work there.
  I just want to live in spain.
  Is it possible to get a residency visa?

  I think there should be no problem for you to get the residency visa: you have to get it from Spanish Consulate in Iran. • I am owner of a wonderful house in Spain, Costa Brava

  I am owner of a house near Costa Brava (the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean sea) in Northeast of Spain.
  The house is 340 square metters in a wonderful environment.
  The house is in the territory of 3.400 aquare metters.
  2 saloons, garage for 2 cars, kitchen, 2 fires, 2 room services, 2 bath rooms, 4 sleep rooms
  The normal price is 500.000 ~€, but I am ina hurry and wwill sale for 400.000 ¬€
