• Multinational company basend in Barcelona (Cornellà) is looking for a
  
  Cash Allocation Team Member
  
  to join the Technical Accounting Department
  
  Purpose: The accurate and timely processing of customer receipts and the administration of account balances, including refunds and write off’s.
  
  Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English
  
  Dimensions: Europe;
  • Up to 600,000 payments per year.
  • 6 principle payment methods
  • $500,000 European Portfolio
  • Daily direct debit and credit card processing
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing transactions to support the team input targets.
  • The management of unallocated items.
  • Processing direct debit and credit card payments.
  • Undertake project activities to support the transfer of work from a country based process to the new shared services environment.
  
  Education and Experience required:
  • High volume data entry experience.
  • Working knowledge of SAP is an advantage, but not essential
  • Good attention to detail
  • Computer literate, with knowledge of windows based packages
  • Fluency in English and one other major European language.
  • Numerical skills
