• The worlds leading retail and online betting company are looking to expand the support to their Scandinavian customer base.
  The company has customers in over 200 countries, with betting in 12 languages and 18 currencies and currently has an opportunity for a Scandinavian Customer Service Associate.
  They are looking for an individual who has the capability to interact with the customer and help to find a resolution to any issues.
  The successful individual will need to have good communication skills, problem resolution ability and a temperament to provide high levels of customer satisfaction.
  Good English is essential and the role will involve shift working over a seven-day period (5 days on, 2 days off)
