Visa Application Rejected and 3 months VISA

• I have applied a visa for a stay in Germany to accompany my husband until his gradution day which is being scheduled in September 2006. Unfortunately the application was rejected. The reason is that my husband did not hold the permanent aufenthaltbrechtigung, but only fiktionbescheinigung. But the problem is, the application of my visa occured during the time that my husband still has the permanent aufenthaltbrechtigung.
  
  If anyone could explain any way to overcome this problem.
  
  Let say I still want to visit Germany using the tourist VISA (I am Malaysian), and I want to stay more than 3 permitted months, is it possible of getting new 3 months permission, if I leave Germany to visit friends in UK( or any other non-Schengen countries) and then come back after that? Is it possible to get new "chop"?
  
  Anyone has experience on this?
