sponsorship

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Adrian, Indonesian looking for a job in hospitality/hotel/tourism in Australia but all the vacant positions offered ask me to have a working visa and when I go to Australian Embassy of course they would ask me for a refference or sponsorship letter. Please help me to solve the problem. Thank you very much.
