Provide free education for international student

i am Aamir Shahzad and it is my dream to gain a quality of education from which institute where people grow from bottom to top and i want to study in canadian college because i am from pakistan and if canadain Government could do some thing about international student and provide free education then it is a great mankind to our student.please mail me of your answer [email removed]
