How to go to work and leave at Canada?

I am gabonese I would like to stay and work at Canada. I am experienced in petreleum domain as HSE. And holder of Economique and Social sciences Baccalaureat. I had made two years at university of Gabon in General geography. I would like to find company or association which would help me to go to canada by offering me aircraft tiket and room. I am ready to pay all expense during my work.
