I am searching my father

I am searching my father who i have not seen in 38 years. Does anyone know a person by the name of daniel perez who has approximately 11 brother and 1 sister. He looks after the fete foraine in france for the dodgem cars. Does anyone know any detail or anything that will help. I live in australia. I was born in france at lyon. He could be in Lyon i am not sure.My name is danielle also. He named me after him.
