Would like to rent your apartment

My name is Daria Alexeeva, I'm from Russia. I'm going to study in Maastricht University since September 2008 until at least end of June 2009. I'm interested to rent your apartment. Is it available for the period I mentioned? If yes I would like to discuss the terms in more details. Would it be possible for my husband and children to visit me sometimes? I'll be grateful to hear from you regarding this apatment!
