British married female Going to jeddah soon, want some female friends only

Hi everyone, Im a uk citizen, but married to an egyptian. I have been living in egypt for a while with hubby but becuase of his work, we are now moving to jeddah, I would really like to make some girly friends, as I no not much to do there. I have a 6 month old son, so would love any other mothers to talk to, or any female working there. As Im hoping to study or work there also, any idea about nurseries for kids?
