Need some advice - I'm US citizen planning to marry SA citizen
-
My intended husband to be is South African native. I am US citizen and we are both in process of securing divorces from our respective spouses so we can marry. He is planning to come to the US to join me, but we are having a hard time figuring out visa applications. Is it smarter to apply for visitor visa and get married in US or should we wait for divorces to be final and then I fly to SA to marry him, and we apply after the fact? Any help or advice would be welcome.
