• I have been to France and people are polite - if you want to do business in France my suggestion is to contact the Europa Commission and Taxation office, where they will refer you to the council to do so. You will require the necessary funds to set up your business, which i presume you do so. If you are intending to start Alcohol type business then definitely you'd need a license other wise talk to the locals and see what they have to say about what you intend to do...
