I need help

• I Francois Albert Taylor nationality Haitian I 23 years of age and i studies medicine at UTESA (Universidad Tecnologica de Santiago) in the Dominican Republic.
  I just finished the sixth cuatrimestre of careers and the next will begin on 19 January.
  I am unable to me again the next cuatrimestre by lack of money.
  I have the whole cuatrimestre the fact that my Dad who lives in Canada are working there about 6 months of that.
  I have no one who can help me to cover not only the number of university and other costs.
  On this, I send this email to see if you can help me find a full scholarship and support me in my studies here in the Dominican Republic.
