Enigma

  • You hit the nail on the head! One teacher for instance has only ever taught in Korea for a short while and then at NIS in Pre-School. She then took on a composite class of Year 5,6 and 7 when another teacher did a runner. Literacy for all Year groups(5,6,7) consisted a weekly set of general knowledge questions, synonyms and capitals of the world. For the entire 6 MONTHS!!! Numeracy was non-existent because she alledges she did not have resources. Disgusting!!! She then went on to become a deputy and eventually Principal.... Now this begs the question, What type of qualifications and experience does she have to have moved up the management ladder so fast. The answer is quite simple NONE. She can to this very day NOT teach let alone run a school.
