spouse visa

• im married to my husband whos turkish we have been together for over 3 years in the uk and was due to marry here at the end of the year (got COA from homeoffice etc) a month after we booked the wedding they removed him form the uk (He came here with no visa 9 years ago, but was given a national insurance number and paid tax).
  at the moment im recieving public funds but am applying or jobs (hopefully will get one in the next few weeks)then i wont recieve any public funding at all. as we are applyin for a spouse visa will it matter that i would of only been in the job for a few weeks.
  my parents (who are fairly well off) have offered to write a letter saying if we ever did fall on hard times they would support us so we would need no help from public funding.
  Does anyone know if this sounds like we have a good chance of gettin the visa smoothly???
