women are not allowed to drive, but can an expat woman allowed to buy a car? I am a female doctor and I brought my family with me. Unfortunately our mobility has been very difficult. We've tried renting a car, but they would not allow us because my husband is my dependent and he was the one who has the license . We would like to buy a car, but are women expats allowed to buy one?
